✅ Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Toy sets must be returned complete, including all toys, manuals, and gift materials.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or incomplete boxes
- Customized or personalized toy boxes
- Promotional giveaway items
🔁 Return Process
- Email us at care@toyboxo.ae or WhatsApp us at +971 543891467 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and photos of the item.
- We’ll schedule a pickup or share the return address (whichever is easier for you).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
- Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge.
